Amy Hursh D.O

Amy Hursh, D.O. is originally from Rhode Island. She graduated summa cum laude from Muhlenberg College (Allentown, PA) with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She obtained her medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified physician. She performed her Family Practice Residency at Frankford Hospital in Philadelphia. After completing her residency, she worked for the U.S. Navy at the Naval Weapon Station in New Jersey where she helped run the wellness program for the medical clinic on base as the Senior Medical Officer.
Upon coming to Pittsburgh, she sought certification in aesthetics, performing Botox and fillers, through the Aesthetic Institute. Dr. Hursh has been performing these procedures for the past 15 years. She enjoys working and consulting with her clients to make them look their best.
Ally O'Connell RN
Expert Injector
Ally received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia University in 2019 and is currently working to complete her masters degree to be a nurse practitioner. After graduation she gained experience in critical care nursing. While she loved working in critical care, Aesthetics have always been her true passion. She loves empowering and helping her patients to look and feel their best. Outside of work she love to travel, spend time with family and friends, and play with her two fur babies Piper and Winnie. Aly is so excited to start this chapter of her life with InsideOut Beauty!
Karoline (Kari) Rossetti

Kari Rossetti BSN, RN Cosmetic Nurse Injector,
Kari received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Carlow University. Her wide range of professional experience (including ICU, women's health, oncology and integrative medicine) has helped to shape her all embracing vision of health and wellness. She is passionate about empowering patients with information so that together they can create individual treatment plans that embrace their true goals. Outside of making people look and feel their best she enjoys spending time with her family preferably outdoors.
