Michelle Richardson has spent over 20 exciting years in the aesthetics and cosmeceutical industry.

Born and raised as a French Canadian, Michelle began her career with a Medical Aesthetic Certificate from Medes Collége where her training focused on many European skin treatments. Michelle then worked hands on at many top spas throughout Canada offering her relaxing and soothing touch to many clients all while educating herself along the way.

Michelle then transitioned into the education side of aesthetics representing many top Canadian and U.S. skin care companies such as Sephora, Ole Henriksen, Dermalogica, Dr Murad, Aveda and Evolus (Jeuveau).

Michelle brings a very exclusive and luxurious touch to Izzazu. Passion and education are what sets Michelle apart.

Lana loves all things eyes and is bringing her European flare to Izzazu she speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English.
She is a passionate perfectionist and is always keeping up with the current and latest trends and techniques.
She loves all things beauty and to see joy through the eyes of her customers all while giving them more confidence.

Meet Malissa, a licensed esthetician from the Cranberry area with a passion for helping people look and feel their best. In the treatment room, she takes a personalized approach to skincare, designing a routine that works for your unique needs.
When she is not assisting clients to reach their skincare goals, she is likely in the kitchen whipping up delicious meals for friends and family. Food is a way for her to connect with loved ones, and she finds immense joy in making tasty dishes that bring people together.
Beyond the kitchen, she will be found hitting the gym.
Working out is more than just staying in shape for her; it's a way to feel empowered and energized. She enjoys running and lifting. Taking care of herself, both inside and out, allows her to better serve her clients and bring a positive spirit to everything she does. Malissa will be working at our Warrendale location and your skin will thank you
