Michelle Richardson has spent over 20 exciting years in the aesthetics and cosmeceutical industry.
Born and raised as a French Canadian, Michelle began her career with a Medical Aesthetic Certificate from Medes Collége where her training focused on many European skin treatments. Michelle then worked hands on at many top spas throughout Canada offering her relaxing and soothing touch to many clients all while educating herself along the way.
Michelle then transitioned into the education side of aesthetics representing many top Canadian and U.S. skin care companies such as Sephora, Ole Henriksen, Dermalogica, Dr Murad, Aveda and Evolus (Jeuveau).
Michelle brings a very exclusive and luxurious touch to Izzazu. Passion and education are what sets Michelle apart.
“I strive to create an “above & beyond” experience for my clients by delivering a unique and very specific skin prescriptions to each client all while staying current with education on new and innovative techniques.
Your skin is your body’s largest organ and it is the first thing people see and one must be comfortable in the skin they are in .

Lana loves all things eyes and is bringing her European flare to Izzazu she speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English.
She is a passionate perfectionist and is always keeping up with the current and latest trends and techniques.
She loves all things beauty and to see joy through the eyes of her customers all while giving them more confidence.

Meet Gabby! Our licensed Esthetician and Makeup Artist. Gabby was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. In 2017 she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from the Columbus College of Art and Design. She always had a passion for makeup and skincare, even throughout her college years. After 5 years of working in the Fashion Industry Gabby decided to continue her education and study Esthetics and Makeup at South Hills Beauty Academy.
Gabby’s favorite part of esthetics is helping her clients meet their skincare goals. As someone who once struggled with acne herself, seeing the joy on her client’s faces when they get the results they want means the world to her.
